Measuring the IT satisfaction of your key decision-makers annually makes it possible to find out what is most important to the business so that you’re able to get the most value from your resources.
The goal of this survey is to help your IT team better understand how they can meet the needs of your business and improve relationships with stakeholders. The feedback is used to determine what they are doing well, where they can improve, and what next steps must be taken.

Our IT Business Alignment Assessment is for all stakeholders. This includes management and senior staff. Your IT department does not participate in the survey. While there is no minimum requirement, we recommend that each business unit is represented and aim for a completion rate of 75% or higher.
The appropriate individuals will receive a survey consisting of 31 core questions designed to measure user satisfaction in 13 core IT areas. It is administered in cooperation with our partners at Info-Tech Research Group. Questions range from overall satisfaction and business objectives to customer-facing technology and IT innovation leadership. Some of the questions are ranked on a scale of 1 to 10 while some are open-ended. It takes most users 10-15 minutes to complete.
Absolutely. Questions can be modified to use terms that best resonate with your staff. You can also add up to 10 custom questions.
