Hilton joined Cimatri in 2025 bringing over two decades of comprehensive experience in association technology, digital innovation, and strategic systems implementation. Most recently he helped create the MemberJunction platform – an open-source solution aimed at making enterprise-level technology accessible to associations of all sizes. Prior to launching MemberJunction, Hilton served in leadership roles within Services, Support, and Customer Success groups helping associations and non-profits modernize their technology ecosystems and streamline operations in pursuit of their missions. He holds degrees in Computer Science from MIT and Management Science from MIT Sloan and currently resides in the Charlotte Metro area.
