Rick Bawcum is the founder of Cimatri and serves as Founder & Strategic Advisor, leading the firm's strategic direction and advising across the Blue Cypress family of companies on association-sector AI transformation. He is the author of Ethical AI for Associations and developed the SCALE and AUTONOMY frameworks for association AI governance. Rick holds the MIT Sloan AI for Business Strategy credential, the AAiP, CAE, and CISSP designations, and is a frequent keynote speaker at the leading association industry conferences.
