Rick Bawcum is a Technology Executive specializing in Cloud Computing, IoT, CyberSecurity, and Managed Services. He a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Rick graduated with honors from Regis University with specializations in Business, Human Resources and Finance.
John has worked with associations and non-profits for over 20 years, guiding them through the process of deciphering the differences of technological needs and wants. His unique process of defining and working through requirements has led him to speak at multiple symposiums and host multiple webinars on a variety of topics.
Results-oriented technology and operations leader with over 20 years’ experience in strategy and tactical planning for the delivery of effective Information Technology (IT) Solutions. Doug is a recognized leader of transformational project teams in an association and non-profit setting.
Jennifer Thompson, PHD
Jennifer holds a Ph.D. from the University of Denver in the field of Communication. She specializes in culture, group and organizational communication, and negotiation and conflict management. She is the author of publications focusing on how groups co-create identity through dialogue and joint storytelling. Jennifer works in Service Design assisting client stakeholders in the co-creation of superior service, uniquely appropriate for the company or association.
