He a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Rick graduated with honors from Regis University with specializations in Business, Human Resources and Finance.
Lisa Gillis is an accomplished senior executive, entrepreneur, board member, and thought leader with more than 20 years of success in the education, e-learning, business and government industries. Leveraging global experience with creating and leading change in enterprises, Lisa is a valuable asset for organizations seeking guidance on multi-million-dollar transformation projects. Her broad areas of expertise include capacity building, process management, designing and implementing ground-breaking programs, governance, strategic planning, e-learning, K-12, program evaluation, curriculum development, coaching, succession planning, public relations, and speaking.

Jennifer Thompson, PHD
Jennifer holds a Ph.D. from the University of Denver in the field of Communication. She specializes in culture, group and organizational communication, and negotiation and conflict management. She is the author of publications focusing on how groups co-create identity through dialogue and joint storytelling. Jennifer works in Service Design assisting client stakeholders in the co-creation of superior service, uniquely appropriate for the company or association.
